I have been so very excited to share this with you guys! I can’t tell y’all how much fun we all had on this sunrise engagement session. The fall colors were at their peek and we had the entire park to ourselves, when does that ever happen?
Caitlin and Bobby were referred to me by a mutual friend and I could not be more thankful. I know that I say this all the time but, I have the best clients ever! When I first talked with Caitlin, she was telling me how important it was to her for her pictures to have meaning to them as a couple. To shoot them in a place that meant something to them, which I always tell my clients how important that is. But the thing that made me fall in love with her the most was when she told me that she was looking through my instagram and opened one of my stories of my silly dog, Jake, with his head out the window, with me giggling in the background. She said “That is when I knew I found my photographer!” I was laughing so hard because she knew in that instant how much of a crazy dog lady I was, and she loved her pup, Max, just as much.
The day of their session could not have been any prettier. We had Piedmont Park to ourselves and the temperature was just right. Bobby and Caitlin were so easy! They were naturals in front of the camera, and their style was on point! These two have both found their person in each other!
Then I got the meet Max! I had heard a lot about him from Caitlin, but meeting him was more than I expected. He was also so comfortable in front of the camera. Max and Caitlin have an extremely strong bond that reminds me so much of me and my dog, Jake. As mentioned above, we knew we connected on that right away! We are planning a shoot in the future of just the two of them to tell their story together and I cannot wait for that project.
Max is her guardian, and Bobby is their home together…and I can’t think of anything more special than that.
